This depends on the kind of managerial jobs you are interested in job post your studies. If you want to restrict yourself to the health sectors alone, MHA is ideal. However, MBA would be more beneficial in the long run. They are in much demand these days and if you pass out from reputed colleges, you would get a decent job too.
