Both are completey different from each other Becouse MM deals with raw material to finishing good.

On the other hand SCM is deal with after the finishing good the next step will be SCM wo manage the next process after it and to maintain the good realition ship with the client and also manage the market.

I hope you get my point. And the better one is SCM.
