Yes, a maths (pcm) student of class 10+2 can do B.pharma. The eligibility criteria for B.pharma says:

students must have passed class 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/Biology with 50% marks minimum.

Although most of the top colleges of b.pharma prefers biology as one of the subjects in 10+2.

Yes. Maths students are eligible to join B - Pharmacy course. After their 10+2 so that they won't face much challenges with respect to terminology. The students those are interested in the medical field (except to become a doctor) can choose this course after the completion of class 12th.
