Hello,

The AP EAMCET 2025 exam for engineering students was held in two daily shifts a morning session from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and an afternoon shift. Each paper had 160 multiple-choice questions, divided into 80 questions in Mathematics, 40 in Physics, and 40 in Chemistry. The format was simple: 1 mark per correct answer, and no negative marking, which was a big relief for many students.

For those who gave the exam on May 21 or May 23, many reported that the morning shift was longer and slightly tougher, especially in Maths. Since AP EAMCET doesn’t apply normalization like JEE, the difficulty of your shift can influence cutoffs slightly, especially in competitive streams like CSE.

Thank you!
