Hello arpita , candidate have to score more than 500 marks to get government medical college. It is the cut off for last year. You are near about it. And as i know cut offs are changing every year. This year also it will change depending on max marks scored , no of students appeared. So it have chances of getting government college if cutoff reduced this year. 

So dont loos hopes , be always positive.
