Since each and every college have different different cutoffs so it is impossible for me to provide with the cutoff of all the government colleges but i can provide you an average cutoff which may help you to understand the cutoff limits.

the cutoff for BDS in 2018 are as follows:

The cutoff of 2019 will also be somehow similar with these maybe it will increase or decrease by 20-25 ranks and not much.It depends on the competition.
