Hello dear,

The candidates who will apply for the NEET 2018 to get admission will be given the limited number of attempts to give NEET. The number of attempts will be 3  for candidates who will appear  for NEET .

Even if someone has given NEET 2017 and again going to give NEET 2018 , this attempt is considered as 1st one .

Good luck

Irrespective of your category, according to the orders passed by the honorable Supreme Court, the maximum number of attempts that a candidate is entitled to only 3, applicable from 2017 onwards irrespective of all your previous attempts.
If you have appeared for NEET-UG Examination in the year 2017, your first attempt has already been exhausted and your attempt in 2018 will be counted as your second attempt

Hey hi,

For all candidates, 3 attempts are allowed and will be counted from 2017. So, attempt in 2017 will be their first attempt and attempts prior to that wont be counted.

There are three attempts for NEET for all the candidates.

From 2017 onwards, candidates are allowed a total of three attempts in NEET. If they haven’t appeared for NEET 2017, then their appearance for NEET 2018 will be considered as the first attempt and they will be able to appear in NEET two more times.
