Dear Arthi, there are around 460 medical colleges in India and around 250 are Government colleges. So to rate one of them as the best doesnt so justice to the rest. However, CMC Vellore, AFMC Pune are always top on the charts. You should apply to colleges. You wont receive any call letter as such. Once NEET results have been announced, the colleges will release their cut offs for each category. If you qualify you can apply to those colleges.

Hiii Arthi!! If you want to pursue medical science then most of the government colleges are the best. NEET exams are conducted for the same so that you get entry in government colleges because they provide best courses with reasonable fees. Apart from that JIPMER and AIIMS  are the best.
