You can learn computer science engineering at any college you just tobdo one thing and that is to crack jee main exam with a percentile score of more than 98 if you Belong to general category.

Then you would be eligible to study cse at any college except IITS, VITS AND bits,

For these college you need to crack jee advance, viteee, bitsat respectively.
