If you have participated in JOSAA counselling and you do not accept the seat in 7th round , then also you can take part in special round of CSAB counselling. There is no restriction on CSAB registration if you have taken part in JOSAA counselling or not. All you need to do is to register for the CSAB special round . The dates for registration for first special round are JULY 24,2019 to July 26,2019 . CSAB special round is conducted to fill the vacant seats in IITs NITs and GFTIs after initial rounds of counselling.
