According to the requirements for eligibility to write the UPSC, a candidate must be at least 21 years old on or before August 1st, the year of the exam.

So as you will not be 21 years old in 2024, you are not eligible to give UPSC exam in 2024. But you are definitely eligible for UPSC 2025.
