It's very difficult to find out college which makes you pursue MBA degree with only 1.5 lakhs. Actually, in my sense, there is no as such college. Any local private college which accepts MAT score at least charge you 3-4 lakhs for two year MBA programme.

There is a few college like FMS and JBIMS which take fairly low MBA fees and are top rated colleges with an excellent placement like FMS fees for two years MBA programme is Rs. 20 thousand and its average package is Rs. 20 lakhs per annum. But these colleges take admission through CAT exam and their cut-off is way high like for getting admission in FMS you need to have 99.6+ percentile and for JBIMS 97+ percentile to get admission.

Still, I will suggest that score very high in the MBA exam, get admission into a top-rated college irrespective of fees. There you can take education loan, better the college easier will be for you to take an education loan at the very low-interest rate and without any collaterals. As the college will be good you will end up with a very good placement and then you can repay the loan in 2-3 years and keep growing all through your life. Most of the students studying in top college like IIMs do this whose fees are like 14-20 lakhs.
