See, whether salary will be more or less depends upon the skills and experience you have not your degree. The more you will get skilled and gain experience, the more will be salary. Now, if you go with same skillset and experience with both MBA and M.Tech, then it is expected that you will get a high salary job when you go with MBA. This is just because MBA is a management course and managers are always paid more than an engineer.

*I wanna just   suggest you that you need to prefer according to your interest as we know  both streams have their own value .If you are into the business field  then  go for MBA or if you are  more interested in  technology , then you can opt  M.Tech .

* And as we know in  MBA the income is more and  the MBA Students will start with a trademark salary of around 80 K to 1 lack  per month .Where has the M. Tech offers you many jobs and freedom .
