MCA:
A three year long course, MCA is a professional PG course for individuals aiming to delve deeper into the world of application development through the way of learning modern programming language. A blend of both - theoretical and practical knowledge, an MCA degree offers students a chance to work with tools meant to develop better and faster applications.

It prepares students to get jobs related to technical profiles like web developers, software programmers, designers, system analysts, software testers and other IT related profiles.

MBA:
A 2 year degree course, for which you need to be a graduate and you need to score a good percentile to apply for the prestigious course. It helps students to learn about leadership, business skills and managerial skills more deeply.
After MBA you shall get to manage positions like Business Manager, executive recruiter, finance manager, advertising excecutive and top administrative positions like CEO etc..

Initially, MBA degree will fetch you less salary at start then with experience and skills you may go higher.

Initial package as a fresher, after an MBA degree you can expect 3 lakhs per year and after MCA degree you can expect 3.5-4 lakhs per annum.
