With 25,189 NEET rank in General category, chances for MBBS seat in Haryana government colleges are very low. Last year, the cutoff under Haryana state quota for General category went up to around 25,077 rank. So, you just missed it by a small margin. There might be a very small chance in mop-up or stray vacancy round, but nothing can be confirmed.

In All India Quota and other state government colleges, cutoffs were much lower, mostly below 20,000 rank for General category. So, chances are not possible there.

You can keep private colleges as a backup or prepare for next year if you want a government seat.
