Hi Diya , rules dictates that as per 2018 the maximum annual fee for a first year Indian student of an undergraduate MBBS course in private college in karnataka cannot exceed more than 6.8 lakhs a year , but there are some colleges like siddhartha or jss that even charge around 70 laks for the entire mbbs course, so the fees vary from college to college, from 20 laks approx to 70 laks as total course fee, good luck
