BHMS is not difficult than MBBS but almost at par with it. The curriculum is same as MBBS except the pharmacy part which of course is different. It has some additional subjects like Organon, Materia-Medica, and repertory.

More over the difficulty of any stream also depends on how much interest you have in it.
