NEET Exam has a very high competition as the students appearing in the exam is much higher than the total number of seats available for admission. The admission is based on the cutoff scores which keeps on changing year after year, so it is not possible to predict the exact scores. But with the help of previous year cutoff we can predict a range of safe scores. 
If you are from general category, It is suggested that you keep a target of scoring around 560-600 and above to secure yourself a government seat. 
For reserved categories, scoring around 450-500 and above would be a safe score for government seats.
There is also the 85%state councelling, For the seats of state quota the marks required might be a bit lower than the above mentioned but it won't be much less, only a difference of 5-10 marks would be there. So keeping a higher target will be safer.
