Let me help you out with the definition of each of these terms individually-

1. MBBS NRI- It refers that most of the colleges offer some special seats or quota for admission specially for those students who belong to to an NRI family or have a family relation with an NRI.

2. MBBS Private- It refers that most of the colleges other than government also provide MBBS courses but the charge and the fee structure of these colleges are quite different than those followed in government colleges.

3. MBBS Others- It refers that some of the medical colleges provide special quota for admission which is also known as the management quota.
