To be eligible to take admission in any medical college for MBBs degree through NEET you need to score a minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Other than that you need pass Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects in your 12th boards or equivalent examination according to your board's marking scheme.
