see there is many of candidates who have done mtech from computer science after completed btech course from core related discipline like ece, ee, eee, mechanical etc. however some of the institute like iit kharagpur, jadavpur university  does not allow candidates from core background to admission in mtech course in computer science. however you may apply in vit vellore, bits , iits for mtech in computer science.
