You haven't mentioned the name of the college in which you want to get admission  , actually whether you will get admission or not totally depends upon the cut off marks released by colleges, for example if you are trying to get into one of the colleges under Delhi University then 78 % is a bit low and thus you will not get admission as cutoff of DU goes somewhere 90% but if you try for  colleges like Gaya college, Gaya which is well known in bihar  then you will easily get admission in b.com as its cut off goes near about 60% only ,in case if you want to get into bhu for your b.com then you are eligible for its entrance exam with 78 % marks and if you managed to clear the entrance exam then you can pursue your b.com from bhu as well. So , it totally depends upon the college in which you want to get into.
