BE-Mechatronics Engineering is a good course for those who are interested in Robotics and automation field. This is an interesting course having mechanical and electronics subjects.

BE is Bachelor of Engineering and focuses on knowledge that is mostly theoretical whereas BTech is Bachelor of Technology and focuses on skills and is mostly practical. There is no major difference in the content of both the degrees and is equally recognised by AICTE. And Mechatronics is a really good subject-it is an upcoming stream and will flourish tremendously. It does not really matter if you do BE or BTech.
