If you have got your seat under any medical quota, than it is mandatory to show your medical certificate as a proof of your ailment. If not, than there is no requirement of any medical certificate. Again, if you need your special hostel seats or if your health does not support full time classes, than it becomes mandatory to provide the medical certificate for the concerned relaxation.
