Dear Student,
You should choose what you want to do with your career only on the basis of your interest and preferences irrespective of social or any other factor. Government jobs are not that easy to find and get selected you need to look for vacancies then apply for it and give the test if there's any and/or personal interview. It takes a lot of time, I might suggest you to pursue your further studies in that time. You can pursue MBA, M. Com or any other course you want to and in meanwhile along with your studies make preparations for the test and do look for vacancies. I surely assure you it'll take the time in which you'll pursue your post graduation. And in this way you'll following both yours and yours parents will.
