Dekho question Mein yah Diya gaya hai ki 5* 3 , 2 hota hai. Iska matlab hai ki 5*3=2 aata hai, jo aayega 5-3 karne par. Thik vaise hi 17*6 =11 aana chahiye. Or ye aayega 17-6 karne par. Usi tarike se humko  ye nikalna hai ki 18*5 karne par kya aayega. To uske liye apn 18 ko subtract karenge 5 main se. Matlab 18-5 = 13.

Iska matlab 13 answer aayega.

Agar hm is prashn ko dhyaan se dekhe to pta chalega ki x symbol subtract kr rha rather than multiplication.

5x3=2 (jiska arth yeh hai ki 5-3=2)

Inka answer hain 13. Woh dono digits ko substract karna hain. Waha multiplication symbol ke jagah pe substraction symbol rakhe toh aapka answer aajayega. 5-3=2; 17-6=11; 18-5=13

Here it is written, 5x3=2, 17x6=11. Though the digits have multiplication operator in between them, but the actual operation happening is Subtraction. That means, in the first case, though it is written 5x3 but actually it is happening 5-3 i.e. 2. So in the second case. 17x6=17-6=11.
