It entirely depends on your area of interest, doing MCA is a really good career option especially from a good university that has great placement records, it'll further increase your career prospects in a well manner, top MNCs like Accenture, Cognizant, HCL, IBM, Infosys, Wipro to name a few hire these professionals, job profiles are business analyst, software developer, software consultant, software architect etc.

While in case of UPSC, you just need to be a graduate from a recognized university, there's no specific aggregate required in this case, but UPSC is a tough exam considering it comprises of such a vast syllabus, and it takes one year for preparation and another one to appear for the exam.
