You can get admission in state government college through Jee main but all state government is not taking Jee main score they conduct the state entrance exam  where you have perform well to get admission in state government college but as in Raipur you can try some good private college shankarachrya institute technology according to your score you can try HBTI kanpur through Jee main you might can get admission there
