The admission is not based on the marks as a it is based on the ranks therefor you have to wait for now until the rankings of JEE main came out it will not come until the JEE main April exam get over because for those students who appeared for the both exams the best of the two normalise score will be counted for the rank calculation therefor you have to wait for now and once the result for JEE main came out you need to check the  closing rank for various colleges and then you can apply.
