With an obc rank of 56k it could be highly difficult for you to get a seat in any nits.your home state which is of utmost importance for such question. You should try for councelling in your home state nit because they have seats reserved for their local applicants.
You might have a chance in some of the north Eastern state nits like Sikkim,manipur,mizoram, durgapur etc.
