One can give JEE Mains examination for 3 consecutive years starting from the year in which he or she appears for 12th board examination

Now, there are 2 situations in your case :-

• If you had filled the board examination form this year in 2020 but didn't appear for it and will appear for board exam in 2021 then you will be eligible for only 2 years i.e for jee mains 2021 and 2022 and jee advance as well
  

• If you hadn't filled then board examination form and will appear for your 12th examination in 2021 then you will be eligible for 3 years i.e for JEE mains 2021, jee mains 2022 and jee mains 2023 and you will be eligible for JEE advanced as well after qualifying JEE mains, but for jee advance you can appear only only twice
