As per eligibility criteria of AIIMS BSc Nursing for SC Candidates they need to pass 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English securing 50% aggregate, so you have to try for other colleges.

But, in case you want to pursue paramedical courses in AIIMS, it's eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, English and Maths/Biology securing 45% aggregate, if you have aforementioned combinations of subjects at +2, you can go for this option.
