Last years ki cutoff dekhne ke baad, bade dukh ke sath ye kehna pad rha hai ki aapki ST rank high hai. Under1000 ST rank valon ki hi possibility hoti hai iit mein seat paane ki. Par fir bhi aapko counselling ke liye registration jaroor karana chahiye.Agar aap bhagyashali rahi toh shayed apko seat mil jaye. Counselling mein sabhi iits ki sabhi branches bhar dein ek bhi na chhodein.

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can get into IIT considering your reservation status. Also, 1160 is a very high rank and you can also aim to get top branches like CS at IIT Bombay or Madras. Congratulations on your achievement!
