You haven't mentioned whether this is for Bachelor's/Masters'/Ph D programme. Neverthless, here you go:

For B Des programme: Only those Candidates born after July 1st, 2000 are eligible to apply. For complete eligibility criteria, please visit: http://admissions.nid.edu/NIDA2020/bdes_eligibility-criteria.aspx
For M Des programme: Only those Candidates born after July 1st, 1990 are eligible to apply. For complete eligibility criteria, please visit: http://admissions.nid.edu/NIDA2020/mdes_eligibility-criteria.aspx
