There are different cutoffs every year which depend upon various factors like number of students appearing for the Board exam, difficulty of paper set,etc.

The cutoffs for BSc also vary from Institute to Institute category wise. 

In some colleges the minimum percentage required for BSc is 50% while in some of them it is 75%.
