Hi sripathi ,

Stanley Medical College is one of the most prestigious college of Tamilnadu . One can get MBBS admission here via two ways either from state quota or from all India quota .

For all India quota admission one should have 3-4k rank in NEET . Marks for getting this rank varies year to year , in NEET 2019 it was near 650 .

For state quota admission almost 500 marks was the cut off for NEET 2019 .

To get into Stanley Medical college  securing marks over 560 or more gives a high probability to get into the MBBS program. As you already know 85% seats are filled by state government and rest 15% is all india . The minimum score you can think of to get in Stanley Medical college is around 490.
