For qualifying in jee mains for oc category the minimum marks you should have

You should have at least 75% in 12th board conducted by the perspective board exam and in jee mains paper 1 based on the cutoff and the category you belongs to the qualifying will be decided and almost everyone should score more than 120 so that they are qualified and there is a possibility to get a seat in nit

The cutoff vary every year as there are many factors on which cutoff depends.Last year cutoff were in percentiles as the Jee was conducted by nta.
