The NT- C caste is not mentioned in the reservation coloumns of NEET UG. Although not a minority category, this caste is considered under OBC. So, you must be filling OBC caste in the NEET UG application form. So, the cut-off varies every year on all India quota as well as state levels. The 2019 cutoff score for reserved categories was 107 marks out of 720. The link given below will help you get detailed information -
