There are no subject wise cut off marks in JEE main.In JEE advanced,you will have to satisfy both the subject-wise as well as the aggregate cutoff to be included in a rank list and to get an admission in an IIT.The subject wise cutoff for all the three subjects in JEE Advance will be the same.
