Dear Deecha, AIIMS doesnt reveal marks. The scoring is in percentiles. In 2018, the cut offs.for Delhi Campus were:

General Category: 99.986
OBC: 99.940
SC:99.716
ST: 99.476

AIIMS MBBS cut off for 2019 will be released in the form of percentage marks. These percentage marks will be calculated on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the entrance and further applying the normalisation procedure.
