Based on previous year cut off, the minimum marks to get a government medical college through 15% All India Quota was between 581-590. The last general category rank to get a government medical seat through all India quota was 12611.

The minimum marks to get a government medical seat through 85% state quota varies from state to state. To know  more about NEET cut off you can check here https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

Hey,

Without the official cut-off details released by National Testing Agency (NTA) , we can't make any accurate comment about the precise cut-off marks of any state. Because statewise cut-off marks change every year on the basis of several determining factors like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, difficulty level of the examination, highest score in whole India, total number of available seats etc. Still as per our assumption I can provide you a basic idea about your query.

Considering you as a General-UR candidate (as you don't have mentioned your category in your question) I would like to inform you that if you can secure atleast 580-90 marks in NEET UG exam or manage yourself among top 12k aspirants in India, then you'll definitely get admitted in any eminent Government MBBS colleges in any state through 15% AIQ. You can check the following website to get a detailed analysis report in this regard:

Hence you've not mentioned your residential state in your question. So it's quite difficult to make any decision regarding your admission chances through 85% Home State quota. That's why I want to recommend you to use our NEET college predictor tool to get the entire list of the colleges perfectly suitable as per your rank, category and state:

Hope these informations will be quite beneficial for you.
