Cut off keeps on changing every year. So it can not be predicted. Although for sc category, according to recent trends it is assumed to be 30-40 marks. It is minimum Marks to qualify JEE mains. But you must score better to get good colleges.

It would be difficult to tell you the exact qualifying percentile but as per the previous year cutoff you should have 54.0128155 percentile as SC category to write JEE Advanced.

You must score a minimum of 29 Marks for SC Category.
