Entirely depends on the college you want to take admission in 

And your category 

the overall score is based on your 12th score and JEE score aswell

You need to score well in both to increase your chance

Hello Dear

See , if you are looking for an IIT / NIT /IIIT / State Government college then 75% marks must be there in your 12th academics as well 180+ score in JEE Mains and if you are from other categories like ST / SC/ PWD then it will be like approx 65% in class 12th and 100+ marks in JEE Mains inorder to enter in to the elite Government institutes on the basis of Jee mains score and rank.
