I think you better know the changes which NTA brought this year about the date / session / slots / mode of the JEE mains examination . Since you have forgot to fill the JEE mains form for the January session then also not an issue you can fill the form for the April session form the application form will be fullfilled from February 8 - March 7 and the JEE mains April session exam will be conducted from April 6 - April 20.
