Code 03 is for students who completed their 12th from Karnataka. This is for their identification. Code 02 is for those Candidates who studued 12th from other States. NEET merit list doesnt depend upon the Qualification codes and so even if it has been entered wrong, you needn't worry about it. Some data is collected for statistics purpose.
