acement of Petroleum engineering at MIT,Pune is depend upon oil price in market.

Companies which come for placement-

Cairn India

ONGC

Oil india Ltd.

Geoenpro

Halliburton

Schlumberger

Weatherford

Baker huges etc.

But no one will guarantee you that these companies will come to placement at every year.

When I was in 2nd year (2013–2014), oil price was at highest peak(110$/barrel) these year 35–40 get placed out of 70 students.
