It ranks amongst the top 3 private engineering colleges in Maharashtra. It's a very reputed Institute even abroad due to a huge number of alumni now working/studying abroad.

MIT Pune is MIT World Peace University since academic year 2017-18.
The 40 year old esteemed institution took this decision to become an independent University to expand itself in all domains.
This has definitely brought great advantage to students.
The fees have risen though, which you might consider if you've financial constraints.
