If you have provided and filled the correct documents, there shouldn't be any issue. However, if they have given no ground reason for rejecting your permanent application, you must write to the Authorities as soon as possible and ask them to give you a valid reason. If they are not responding to the mail, you should email them on a daily basis and if you feel like no response will come, please go the the college and meet the higher authorities with all your valid documents.
