You have fill the counselling registration application after the JEE Main results are declared in UPCET Counselling website for admission to B.Tech in Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur. There is no need to fill any application before appearing for JEE Main. But you have to apply for JEE Main in NTA website. A.P.J. Abdulw Kalam Technical University (AKTU) will conduct the counselling for admission to B.Tech courses through JEE Main score in Uttar Pradesh. You need to apply for UPCET counselling based on your JEE Main score. The registration process will start after JEE Main results are declared.
