Hi,
I think you just need to mention your class 10 and 12 marks on your CV and you must have a good CV and good working experience or some good projects you worked on and also it depends upon your personal interview.

I think there will be no problem if you had done well in your undergraduate and postgraduate program a company always sees your progress. If you and your marks had progressed after your class 12 then there will be no problem.
